I'm using the Relief Soothing CBD Salve 500mg. It is great! I have arthritis pretty much everywhere but my hands are the worst. Sometimes it hurts really bad around my thumbs and wrists even when I'm not using them. I apply some of the salve on those areas and the pain stops almost immediately. If I apply it twice in a 24 hour period, it will last a couple of days before I need to apply again. When I accidently move my thumbs in the wrong direction, it hurts but the pain doesn't last more than a couple minutes. I strongly recommend this item.
